What do you eat your carrots with? How do you like your carrots?

I am convinced carrots are the greatest vegetable available, and you can pair them with a variety of sauces, dips, and spreads to enhance their wonderfully sweet flavor.

This may sound a bit odd, but I eat mine with mustard. It sounds strange, but it's absolutely delicious. I prefer mine raw, unpeeled.

How do you like your carrots? With what?

With other veggies. If the carrots are in a meat stew it's ruined for me, because I despise those stews, so yucky.

Sauteed with some garlic and parsley, or roasted/grilled with some honey mustard glaze. They are pretty based.
Add a nice slice of meat, some potatoes or onions and you're good.
