I am a former roman catholic, I found the Bible has too many errors and contradictions now I don't believe on God like there are literally thousands of religions floating around, how can I be so sure that it is the real God, so I finally admit that I was wrong about doubting science and God isn't real if he is really an "all loving God" he shouldn't make this world a f8cked up place to live like sufferings and pain are literally here on this world of ours.

Another person that wants God controlling our every move. Every time we we start getting along and it actually looks like we might advance as a species we mess things up and start trying to take over lives and countries. God is not going to get in our way as we will do it to ourselves.

That's my position

I don't need a book to reach God or to read any kind of book to reach God
I can do that meditating in my own quiet time when I feel the need.
I won't go around telling others they are wrong for believing what they believe, let people be and let them believe what they want as long as they're not hurting you or others.

That's it basically.

That's why discussion of religion, politics, etc, is usually frowned upon. It causes more problems than it solves.

In fairness.

He's all loving
It does not say that he's going to help us out or be nice.

This is saying that Mother Earth/Gaia is a cruel woman
No thats just humanity not understanding that she's the mother of life in general, she's not literally a motherly figure.

Not saying your right or wrong, but the bible just says that Catholic god is "All loving and most merciful god" which just to explain something, merciful back then was just another simular word for Blessed, and when you take into the context that back with the Romans that saying "her death was a merciful release" you get the idea of how the all loving and MOST MERCIFUL implies one that shows mercy to another that is suffering

And as humanity has shown, Showing mercy to another that is suffering comes in so many forms ranging from helping them get back on their feet, to a single bullet, and even those two alone also have several forms of it too!


God in of himself was never said to be a 100% good guy, heck it was never implied such as even in the Book of Genysis the guy literally puts a sentient burning blade at the gates to the Garden of Eden after he kicked Adam and Eve out, like when you understand the guy literally was so mad he put a literal angry burning blade in front of his garden to keep them out, you get the idea that god is kind till you either wrong him or get on his bad side.

Abraham the grandfather of most Prophets. there is more than 15 prophets from his children and grand children and their grand children .... etc
all of them preaching one thing there is only one God exist. only one. people think angels are Gods. they are not they are other creatures created by the only one God exist. very wrong to think every supernatural creature is a God.
the errors in the Bible because of the leaders in dark ages they removed parts and changed some other parts.
for me i think about 2 main things. the Start and the End.
the start, you cant make something from nothing someone was there and created everything.
the end we are here to live and die? nothing more? there is something after death must be.

for me Faith is a booster. if you are good person faith will boost you it is like a perk in video games you should not leave it empty.
it is something spiritual i know 100% it is. everything i study like science history literature languages and others they all goes to my mind and my brain only Faith go to my soul i can feel it like an upgrade to my mind and my imagination to next level like you upgrade your PC ram from 16 to 32.
i was lucky to have all religions in my family ( my big family not my parents and my siblings ) Muslims Jewish Christians and i was curious. when i was child i was different not like any other kid. kids spot other kids and they go to play with them. for me it was i always go to old people and talk to them and ask them and listen to them to the history and i think about everything they say.
i was thinking if there is someone very rich very beautiful very young very healthy and this person is very humble. Faith will make her or him even more humble.
i also think Faith can boost many things about you to the next level i remember we used to move a lot even to places i don't speak their languages. i lose all my friends in one day to go to new place full of strangers. Faith helped me. i don't mind to stay alone for very long time and happy. not alone and sad. but happy.
you need something spiritual in your life because its an empty slot a part of you don't keep it empty you have to use it.
