Am I allowed to wear baseball cap at gym?

I've seen people wear a baseball cap in gym. Noone really cares. I've seen people do it with a headband too to catch sweat.

If it's machine washable, I don't see why not.

If it has a sweat-wicking band, all the better.

Sweatband makes sense. I don't see any reason to wear a cap in a gym. Can't imagine how much sweat will be accumulated.

The sunglasses are in case some light gleams off of some equipment, such as somebody’s glistening body, and temporarily blinds you. This is bad if you are carrying or operating heavy machinery.

However, one cannot simply walk around in sunglasses all day, so you need to have a hat to shield your eyes when you’re not at the gym. Thus at the gym the hat is worn backwards with sunglasses on, for safety.

But out and about the hat is worn forwards and the glasses are worn on the back of the neck.

You can wear anything you want to the gym except your birthday suit.

I dont need to worry about hair and I will have more peivacy. It also helps with sweat.
