Not sure about those other things but for working out a plastic visor is what you need. Ever been bored on a boat and you randomly pick a hat w/anchor on it, put it on, and out loud an "Oh" is released.

No idea. But I don't understand anyone wanting to wear a hat anyway unless they're going in the sun.

Me personally I don’t wear hats often. Even if it’s for the occasion I will wear it for like… 20 minutes, 30 minutes tops; but after that I usually take it off.
