Unless the gym has a dress code you should be allowed to wear a baseball cap unless it is a Yankees cap. If it's a Yankees cap you go straight to jail.

That makes sense. Shoulder press with hat backwards would look cool. If you have chewing gum while doing shoulder press it would look even cooler.

Thanks friends. What colour of a hat is acceptable? Would black do? Are any brands preferred over other.
I need to follow gym ethiquette. Should I buy underarmour hat, addidas or puma. Should it be plain mono colour?

Should definitely be a monocolor red hat, worn backwards. Nice and inoffensive. Don’t forget the sweat band.

I saw a funny picture. People at a baseball game. All wearing caps. One moron was wearing it backwards and shading his eyes using his hand. Fail.
