I suppose next week i will have to speak in ape tongue
biology would be your body unable to sleep at night for bad beds
psychology would be unable to sleep b/c thinking and junk.
Another false summit. Dammit!
Personally, I just go to bed when I feel like it and get up when I feel like it. It's a good strategy. Brain is cool. Body is cool. Everyone is cool.
It's considered neurological.
Your body sleep when it can reach a 1.5°C temperature drop, to put your hormonal system in stand-by. It react to a lot of things to make your body understand it's time to sleep, using screens just before sleeping isn't advised for example, stop using your PC and phone at least 30 minutes before sleep. Meditation is a very good way to put yourself in pre-sleep conditions.
Your body isn't dumb, you are, by not providing it the right conditions to fall asleep easily.
You must be pretty dumb to think that everybody works the same. I can fall asleep in bright sunlight easily in the afternoon when I have been looking at screens no problem. I have a lot of trouble getting to sleep at night when it's dark and I haven't looked at a screen for hours.
What works for you won't work for everyone.
