BAM!
And even though this game isn't exactly what you're looking for...
Crash of the Titans (specifically for DS). Simple yet fun game.
Undertale. That game made me happy for a month when I was down. It seriously put me in a non stop good mood. I'm a pretty jaded gamer and wanted to see if the game would live up to the hype, and it certainly did.

also, if one more ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ person suggests yoga or excersise im going to be ♥♥♥♥♥♥. ive tried that. tried all of it. i still do those things. those help in the long term. im looking for something in the short term, for when im having anxiety attacks or suicidal thoughts. if i wanted to do yoga or excercise, i would make a post asking for ♥♥♥♥ing yoga excersises, not video games. im asking for what my psychologist recommended.
I have went through that nasty phase, but I sort of branched out of it through autology and sociology.
