How can i get a pet grizzly bear?
I want a pet grizzly bear, no joke, i live in West Virginia so the only bears around are black bears, but i am willing to move to somewhere else to do this, first of all, how the heck do i get a baby grizzly bear? I do not want to kill a mommy grizzly just to steal its baby, thats mean. And also, in what states is it legal to have a pet grizzly bear in?

it is probably illeagal, indangerd species. you should first talk to your local police department. ask them if it is leagal.

i dont know the name of the BIG royalty dog. the one that looks giant but is incredibly gental. try that first. or a herby scwortz.
If you spot a baby grizzly bear, for the life of you don't touch it, just turn around and walk away very quickly. A mother grizzly bear will rip your head off and they protect their cubs like crazy!

If you are anywhere near a mother grizzly’s cubs, she might very well perceive you as a threat. The chances are good that she will just bluff charge and stop well short of physical contact. You need to do whatever you can to show her that you are not a threat, otherwise the consequences could be tragic. They will even climb a tree after you.

So be quiet, make yourself smaller and retreat. Or just play dead.

Maybe i could try to scare the mom off with gunshots
Please do that, if it works you get a grizzly cub. If you fail, well we have one less nutcase in the world.
The hell is wrong with black bears? That's racist man
I see it now.. "bear tears man up".

Yeah, as cool as it sounds to have a pet bear or whatever, I doubt the ending is gonna be anywhere as cool.

A gun sound might scare a bear, but a mother won't leave her cub and be coming right back. She doesn't actually want to pick a fight, but if forced into one, she will give her life for her cub. She doesn't know what a gun is remember.

Consider it this way. You want a human baby and you are going to steal it from it's mother. How would that mother react?

Also, pepper spray or bear spray is a better option to fight off a bear, rather than a gun. Even if you shot a bear, it would keep on coming.

It is not legal to keep a wild bear of any breed as a pet.

If mom is dead, and the cub is orphaned, you must contact a licensed wildife rehabilitator. Else if caught with the cub, you will be seriously fined. They will take the cub. When the bear grows, understand it's not domesticated and most of the time turn back to being wild and attack you or just die. Bears are considered "one of the most challenging species to keep in captivity".

Consider a Siberian Husky dog instead, another manage handful, checky, intelligent and full of energy. Similar to a bear/wolve, but less deadly. Note: They need exercise, to run, to play, and/or a job.

That's very unethical... If you want a pet get a domesticated one like a dog or a cat. I'm sure no human would be able to manage a grizzly bear with such ease once the bear gets older. Plus, think about the bear. It would be selfish of someone to take the bear from the mother.

It would be more racist if he wanted a polar bear.
Out were I live we have a butt load of them around! To tell you the honest truth, it'd be good to just stay away from grizzlys. I've had some bad experiences with them things!
I dunno how to get one, but it'll probably cost you an arm and a leg.

See, I had a joke, involving a Grolar Bear, but it doesn't really work as well as I would like. First because one of their parents is a brown colored bear. Second no one has any idea what a Grolar is. Third, Political jokes are frowned upon.

But I'll just leave you with

Well... And this stuff.
You know, actual laws on Actual exotic pet ownership in the U.S. Yep. There are plenty of places that you too, can own a bear. Some that don't even require a permit.

AND since you all like pictures, here is one that shows all the Bear Country States. See the dark colored states? No permit required to own a primate, tiger, or a Bear. Better start calling those states to find someone that can make you a bear saddle. You are going to need one!

A Panda, in this case, would be most PC.
