Starting a text roleplay in google docs, join anyone?

I'm currently trying to start a text roleplay along the lines of a live-chat forum-style roleplay using the google docs sharing system. (In lack of a better platform.) I've only got a few of my friends on steam interested in such, and am therefore going to make it public via the steam forums. The setting is going to be a made-up alternate universe of WW1, with a fantasy twist.
This[docs.google.com] is the link to the google doc page with all the history and the like on it.

If you want to join just add me on steam and we'll talk about it, you can post questions here as well. Keep note this is an alternate universe with relatively the same timeline but altered history of major events, and added such. I will not explain everything as I do not want to put the time in constructing a world as far back in history when all I wanted was a roleplay of WW1, with dragons and non-human rebels 'cause why not.

I forgot to mention that the style I'm going to be running this text roleplay in is a realtime livechat but with casual postings and logon time like you would do in a forum. No set times just come and go. At first it will be one on one with me and each of your characters; unless someone wants to join in with another person's character; as me playing npc's and the world around. NPC's i control do not include but may if you want are, plot-essential characters needed for your personal story, or people that you would meet and want to have specific reactions from. Of course, the style will change to actually work and suggestions on how I can do this effectively, and you can set up timeframes if you want.

Dragons don't have fur. The term you're looking for is "scaley".

The non-humans include everything from orcs, to trolls, elves, and dwarves. Fantasy, not furries. (Technically you can create a furry by saying you're a decendant from a beast race such as a knoll or cat-thing.) But yeah. NOT furries.

I also would like to say this is focused more on humans and dragons, more than it is non-human races.

I didn't specify Africans, I said black, which is a broad term not used just to describe Africans. They're the same, that's my point.

I'm a dragon fanboy, and WW1 is my favorite time period for battles for some odd reason. "MIX THEM AND IT'S PERFECT" I say, 'cause why not.

Also, the whole Russia thing was just an idea to not leave out the races of a medieval fantasy era, and I wanted to create a whole alternate fiction universe.
