The Xbox One X can play games at 4K and 60FPS.

On Low and only racer games or very tight spaced games*
I can run KCD with over 120 with all maxed out in 1440p. But I would have to say that Ultra settings are pointless, from high/very high to Ultra there is almost no difference and in some cases the FPS loss from turning it to ultra is well stupid.

What are your specifications to run it at those settings?
Do you want the entire setup? I think its enough to say its balanced around a 2080 and 9700k.
The thing is.. MB/PSU/RAM matters just as much (thats why I say its balanced around it for no bottleneck)
Would you say that it is worth spending the money on the latest computer?
Its not the latest computer. Its a notch under the "top"
I normaly build a PC every 3-5 years, (often it can last 5) The trick is not to buy the best of the best, but just the level under, you can run most maxed out if you wanted the first few years, then you go down to high/very high and around 4-5 years in its medium with a few high settings (to me that is fine)
If its worth it.. depends on alot. Do you have the cash to support the luxrury ? Do you use alot of time infront of the PC (I do for other things than just gaming) Do you... you know what I mean.
With a yearly salary of 100k euro I could have bought a new PC every year if I wanted.. But I don't think that is worth it.. My best upgrade however was going to 1440p IPS panel. Its a much better exprience and a good sweetspot atm (4k is useless in many ways, not just performance loss)
How much time do you spend gaming? I would say that I spend a couple of hours playing games a few times a week, I don't think I would spend a couple of thousand pounds on a computer since I don't play games as often as many people on Steam.
It depends. Often 5-12 hours a week. Sometimes if the kids are entertained and no social calls, then I can pack a few more hours due to weekends, well unless work comes in between
Lol a couple thousand of pounds?? I used under 2k euro on mine and around 2k with the monitor (it was the most expenssive item)
Divide that with 3/5 for the total cost in its life cycle.
Spending 2k euro every 3-5 years is nothing in my opinion.
A single player game, like Far Cry 5, is something I'm going to be looking at for hours on end. It needs to look its best, so I'm willing to sacrifice framerate.
