Can i get help about Mega

I wanted to download a very old music pack that was 600 mb, after downloading on 98% (i have a very slow internet speed, around 50kbps downloading speed at best) it asked me to get an account, after i get it it said i was on my limit and had to pay around 500ARS (10 dollars more or less, half a day of work in any normal job), how come the limit in that webpage is so extremely low? Is there any other way to download? Can i solve this without losing that time? Should i never in my life again download from mega)
Well when i logged it turned me to another page, and when i tried to go back to downloads it only lets me download from zero again, so its all lost, im just going to give up

you have a problem with a service, contact customer support in that service via phone/email/forum of that service.

its like baiting the hook
they put a 600 mb file on a 500 mb limit on purpose
abd they let you download most of it so now you really really want it, but they want your money to get the last 2%

he went to prison if im not wrong for distributing illegal material, and now he dedicates himself to scamming i guess

upon further readings on mega issues, i found out that some files are throttled. maybe the files are shared/downloaded by many users.

also, register and use a mega account, add the files to your 'own' so that you can download it later at your own convenience.
also, mega says the android app has faster download speed than via web browser.
