I think with the way she dresses and acts that she may have some issues, But she's also pretty young so maybe not. She comes off as very spoiled, but it could always be an act.

But with the pointed teeth and being a streamer she feels like a wanna be gawr gura.

Like I could see her being a character that has a tragic backstory. To explain why she wants to be a streamer and loved by all.

Maybe she's a bit inspired by the game "needy streamer overload"

But more than anything, at first she comes off as cringe at first impression.

Shrug, idk some pokemon characters have been pretty tragic. It is rare for the gym leaders to be fleshed out though, specially if they aren't the last one.

Knowing modern pokemon she could just be a gamefreak ceo went, "Quick! whats trendy on tictok? Do that as a character!"

But maybe with this electric gym leader we'll be in for a shock.

I think it can just be an engineer who started her channel with tutorials about electricity stuff ,got into battles ,her channel got more popular and boom, electric type streamer gym leader

Or instead of starting her career with tutorials maybe she started streaming her journey to become a gym leader and got popular... V:

But the gym leader can use it too for her advantage v:

Or just bring rillaboom to set up grassy terrain and use u-turn all time v:
