The half-life complete bundle only cost 36 bucks. I don't know where you came up with 99 bucks. The Valve Complete Pack costs 90 bucks. That said, you would be better off simply waiting for a sale when the Valve Complete Pack hits around 75% off or simply buy the games you want, unless you really REALLY want every single Half-Life game.
As already stated the Half Life Complete Bundle only costs 36 bucks at full price. The Valve complete pack costs 90 bucks.
