Px22 Headphones Noise Cancelling
So I have a problem with my px22 headphone from Turtle Beach, when sound gets too quiet, the sound turns off and this is very annoying.
When I'm watching a movie and there are moments with quiet music, the sound just stops and goes on when it's loud again.
Also there is an annoying zoom/crackling/buzz in the background of my sound at all times, turning off sound doesn't help and it only stops when I unplug the usb stick.
Does anyone have a sollution for this, because I have zero money to buy a new headset...
Also sorry, I don't know where else to ask for help and I've already tried contacting Turtle Beach without succes...

Wired or wireless?

If wired: plug it in, get something playing, music or whatever, and then slowly run the cable through your fingers, slightly bending it this way and that and listening for any changes in sound as you go. Crackling, cut-outs, etc. This might give you an indication that there's a break or near-break in a wire somewhere along the cable.

You can wiggle the cable near both terminals, as well, both the USB end and where it terminates into the headphones, but don't use much force. Just a gentle bend/wiggle.

Assuming the cable's all good or you don't notice any changes in sound from this test, try plugging it into various other USB jacks. It may simply be a faulty or dirty jack. (Check the USB end of the headphones, as well. Look in there and make sure there's not some small piece of debris or the like stuck in it, etc.)

Try changing the volume on the control wheel for the headphones, if they have one. Is there any difference in sound quality throughout the range of the wheel? Does the crackling go away at certain volumes? This would indicate a bad "p0t" or potentiometer, the variable resistor that controls the volume.

If wireless: Some of the same applies, namely the stuff about trying different jacks and so on. You should also make sure nothing is interfering with the signal, like other wireless devices.

Lastly, if all that fails, you could try opening the headphones and checking the wiring and speaker integrity inside the ear-cups. Sounds like you report are often caused by very tiny tears in the speaker's cone. These can be "sort of" repaired, but they'll never sound quite the same. It could simply be a loose wire, however.

*edit: If you have access to either a different PC OR a different headset or headphones of any kind, try using your headphones on the other PC. Same noises? Then it's definitely a headphone problem. Sounds clear? Then it's a PC problem, perhaps a USB jack, or internal wiring, etc.

Vice versa if you try a different set of earbuds or whatever on the same PC and get no buzz or anything, it MIGHT be a headphone problem. It could just be that the headphone jack works fine, but not that USB port. If you DO get buzz, it's a PC issue.
