Turn off the radio, turn off the t.v., pick up an instrument and make your own music. Or just bang some rocks together like a monkey, because even that is 1000x better for you that listening to any of the crap produced to be "popular".

Yes the sound of rocks clanging together is so much better.

i've always hated mainsteam music,really enjoyed the grunge era of the 90's, i also listened to trance and hardcore (when i was in the mood) British bands seem to be one up on everyone else

I don't have a favourite genre but I like good music. mostly listen to EDM, dub step, pop, rock, country, some metal, plus more I just don't feel typing.
