Making Homonculus' is a common practice, that more often than not has some odd results. It's not as if the occurance in the video is too out of the ordinary, just someone screwing up an experiment.
For the life of me I can't see the "liquid" the 2nd one shot at him.

I don't really understand what they're trying to do here.

Trying to create a "small person" known as a Homunculus.

Yeah. Sadly, I cannot see that either.

You can see the stain on his shirt. If you go to his channel, he has more videos on it.

He didn't make a homunculus. He made a half-formed baby chicken from a fertilized egg that was never incubated. By the time an egg is that size, fertilization is long since over. The only thing he did was inject gametes that would try to attack the embryo (unsuccessfully) until they died.

I notice the images at the very start of the video of homunculi are the stuff you see in a psychology textbook: a model of the body in proportion to how much of the sensory and motor cortexes of the brain are devoted to them. The hands and lips particularly being huge because they['re the most sensitive, finely-controlled parts of the body. Which the video itself shows, with the helpful labels "sensory model" and "motor model." So that's funny. Video on silly pseudoscience that actually, accidentally, references some real science.

A common practice? Since when? Where? This is the first time I've ever heard of this crap, but ok.

Not out of the ordinary? Yeah sorry I forgot I often see this everywhere I go or just randomly when I crack eggs in a pan.

An experiment where human sperm fertilizes a chicken egg....
You've genuinely never heard of this kind of stuff?

It's done by a lot of people. Think of it as your own personal attempt at creating a life form. Only its never fully worked.
