Trying to remember a game I played when I was younger

I can't remember much at all except you played as a guy with maybe a blue exosuit that could turn into a motorcycle and I'm pretty sure it was a third person shooter. Absolutely no idea what the name is but it's been killing me for the longest time.

Couldn't even begin to guess without at least an era or something to narrow it down. System, nationality, art style? I've manged to find obscure anime references in people's avatars when they asked so I'm certain I can do this with a bit more information.

It was a console game, and it had natural environments. It wasn't a neon exo suit it was just notably blue

I feel like it was possibly around the original xbox era but I'm just completely blanking because it's been too long. I remember playing Kung Fu Chaos and Fusion Frenzy around the same time. It also possibly may have been cell shaded? I'm really not remembering it too clearly

I'm leaning more towards an xbox game because the only games I really played on the ps2 were Spyro, MGS, Ratchet and Clank, and Jak and Daxter

That's not a lot of narrowing down. You can't remember anything about the controllers? Can't describe anything else?

Think and feel what it was like to play the game. You're obviously still feeling a bit of it. It would save me a lot of time and guesswork in helping you. After all, if it's PS2 I have to go through Japanese titles.
