Can I use a CRT TV as a second monitor?
For older games, yknow. Also, if I can, how?

Yes, you probably will need an adapter.

Any suggestions?
You probably just need a DVI to VGA connector. They're like $5 if your video card doesn't come with one already. You just attach that to your monitor cable and use it as normal.
Please don't, you will regret it.
Why would you want to put your eyes through that?

I see OP is looking for 0ms input lag with 0 blur. The LED/LCD technology needs to die off ..

Indeed. There's nothing like a good CRT.
I played Skyrim on a CRT, then got a LCD after the green color gave up. I found the CRT better, an analog display is easier on the eyes as natural light. An LED display is a tourch behind the LCD
A CRT fires electrons with an electron gun using electromagnets to control the path of each electron to hit the phosphorescent screen where remited as photons. One is pure science-fiction the other is boring.

Its crazy that I've been going down a CRT TV and Monitor Rabbit Hole, trying to connect my Samsung SyncMaster 1100p and Samsung Super Biovision via HDMI and Splitters and its brought me here. LGR gets my Sub and Hats off to you RRW!

Minimal input lag and blur, while offering superior motion and depth.

Additionally, since OP is playing older games that are pixelated, a CRT would aid in blending these pixels together to create a smoother image, a legitimate technique used by devs back then, such as through crosshatching, etc etc etc.
I also heard that CRTs are making a come back. Well at least that's what I heard.

Come on Sony, take the initiative. You used to be the king of tech.
