Great music + intense moments + action + secret + funny moments + character development = too much good stuff.

Not great music = generic Japanese upbeat pop.

Edit: I meant great music is not pop.


It doesn't have the whiny protaganist who begs for love, nor too much of supernatural themes.

Cats and mice normally don't appear humanoid, and the supernatural element is not the main focus, although a huge part of the plot.

Hmm. I was right when I decided not to DL this off a.b.m.a 15 years ago based purely on the title without even bothering to look up what it was about. It's nice to see an old decision proven correct so many years later.

No, you are not the only one. I like the anime as well but it is the manga that is the real masterpiece in my opinion. I highly suggest you read it since you love the anime! :)
