I was a teenager in the 80s, and I listened to a lot of garbage that nobody remembers today. Most of today's junk will also be forgotten. From the perspective of ukulele music, that's true. I have a collection (scanned) of about 7000 songbooks and music sheets from that area. Was actually a very innovative time, musically.
