I think Vegan Gains, or Fouseytube. They both have very bland and retarded intros.

Surprisingly, his intro isn't as bad as a lot of other youtubers. It's relavent and kinda catchy for a news intro. The guy may be a piece of ♥♥♥♥, but whoever made his intro has talent.
