Probably my favourite gaming story in years. It was emotionally touching in ways that most means of storytelling never even scratch the surface of. It has a couple flaws, but overall the art, soundtrack and characters are beautiful and moved me to tears multiple times. 10$ during the summer sale ~

The Walking Dead by telltale games.

My favourite is Dark Souls tho because you need to stick parts of the storyline together like a puzzle to get the full story in all its glory.
And if you know the story the game gets really depressing
