Ensure it's HTTPs (a secure green lock, not broken)
Press CTRL + F5 (this will force refresh the entire page, making it redownload CSS and scripts attached to the page, which it might of cached a corrupted copy of)
Clear out your Temporary Internet Files (cache) and disable any plugins/extentions.
Check your security software / anti-virus / ad-blockers, if they are affecting/blocking components on the webpage.
If still no luck, check to make sure your DNS isn't being spoofed. Websites with HTTPs should have a padlock (locked) SSL connection. If there's some malware or DNS spoofing attempting to sit inbetween, it would cause that lock to break and warn it's unsecure. Some adware/malware or DNS spoofing can also attempt to inject webpages with their own components or ads, this can upset the display of them.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Initiate Standard DNS Spoofability Test". Wait and check the results. DNS servers should match your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or trusted DNS provider, such as Google DNS or OpenDNS, etc.

"No nameservers were found" is fine, it normally just means your router hasn't any DNS servers set manually. It's rather just getting them from your ISP (Internet Service Provider). You can double check under your router admin login, for the Domain Name Server (DNS) Addresses if concerned. However, it's probably not the issue.
You're not using a Proxy server or VPN right?
Are you blocking cookies, banners, etc? You could try adding the website to your trusted list.
If your Norton has a web-browser plugin (safe web-browsing, etc), perhaps check that as well.
Yeah, you missing the CSS (Style Sheet) as well as Images, etc, which have been cloud hosted on Akamai Technologies, a content delivery network (CDN).

Akamai is commonly used by websites such as Facebook, etc. You might have it blocked or it's cloud network is failing in your country location.
Check that akamaihd.net is allowed by your Norton Security?
I mentioned your root cause of the issue above.
It's something on your PC/Router blocking the CDN (content delivery network) of Akamai.
What is a Content Delivery Network? It's basically a collection of servers around the world which also host the website resources. It's meant to detect the closest one to download from, ideally being faster.
So you just need to find out why Akamai CDN is being blocked?
Is it your Norton Security, Web-browser, or the Router?
Load that image from the website on that Akamai CDN... or just load the entire website. Then press F12 on your web-browser to open it's console. Take a look at any red error messages. If required, press CTRL + F5 to force refresh the page while the console is open.
Look up under your Windows search for 'cmd.exe' (Command Prompt), right click it from the list and select 'Run As Admin'. Under the admin prompt, type:
IPCONFIG /flushdns
This will clear out your DNS cache. When you revisit the websites, it will at least try fetching it again, rather than getting it from the cache. See if that helps, if not...
What's your Router model? ISP provider? Country location? Do you know your DNS servers?
Do you know if you are using IPv4 or IPv6 protocols?

Just note down your original DNS server IP Addresses before changing them. Keep them as backup and for your own record. You can also contact your ISP and ask them about the DNS servers (if they are a helpful provider and actually know).
It's the DNS servers which are failing or blocking the Akamaihd (CDN). Or Akamaihd is just failing itself in your country currently.
If not, contact your ISP provider in regards to it's DNS block or change your DNS servers.
If so, then it might be a block from your firewall or Norton Security (if you added Akamai to your block list) or a glitch on Akamai's end or with your DNS cache. Contact them about it.
Location isn't any issue, as I'm from New Zealand too. It's fine for me.

Blocking Akamai CDN... or corrupted/invalid DNS lookup cache.
If it's DNS cache, you can use that command 'IPCONFIG /flushdns' or use an cleaning application such "CCleaner (Free Edition)", ticking DNS cache to clean on it's list.

Once DNS cache is cleared, it will attempt to ask the DNS server for it's correct location again.
Else if it's the DNS server issue...
Right-click your network icon on the taskbar or go under your Control Panel and select "Network and Sharing Center". Under the connections find your 'Enternet' you use, then select 'Properties' and under it's 'Networking tab look for 'Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)'. Select 'Properties' on that.
Is it on obtain DNS server address automatically? If so, then either...
1) Login to your router admin and check the DNS servers set under that. Note down your DNS IP Addresses and make sure they are trusted (your ISP provided ones, etc). If they are your ISP original DNS servers, then contact them and ask why it's blocking.
2) Manually set it to another DNS server, such as Google DNS...
IP addresses: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
Did you try this as mentioned above in post #18? Or just google "setting up google dns".
I see this exact issue on my OSX 10.6.8 machine with chrome, however my win7 and win10 machines with chrome shows all the images fine. Also my OSX 10.11 machine with chrome shows them fine. Then I tried an XP machine, and it wont load the page right.
If you are not updating your OS, or have all the latest security updates, you may be having this trouble with humble bundle.
It was kind of their fault going with such a new certificate authority, that has pretty much boned all older OS users who do not have it. They should have stuck with the tried and true authorities that have existed for years. For this reason, I just can't personally trust humble bundles website out of principle ;)
check pc for browser hijacking using spybot search and destroy.
