Remaster Zork Nemesis?
Am I the only one who feels like Zork Nemesis deserves a remaster, or a remake, or a reboot of some kind? After having played Myst, and a few other adventure games, it was really Zork Nemesis that really got me hooked into gaming, and on the adventure genre in general. It was perfectly dark, complex, creepy, atmospheric, and beautiful. I honestly felt like I was a traveler in a distant land. I've been chasing the dragon ever since.

If you are talking about a game on steam then I recommend posting this in the game community forum related to that game.

Nah, I wish this game was on Steam. Been waiting for it to pop up in the Steam list for a while now, but no luck. Maybe someday.

Definitely. I’d love to see some of the areas expanded, too. Like returning to the mine cart and walking up the empty tunnel, exploring those cave networks beyond, the graveyard outside the temple and those other parts of the nave you can see but can’t get to...or explore the east wing of the conservatory, the west wing of the castle, the locked doors in the monastery or levels 2-19 of the asylum. Even just to walk around the countrysides surrounding these beautiful abandoned buildings. Would be great to do a realMyst style remake. One could dream on of course... for everyone else, there’s always the option of doing it in mine craft!

Just dust it off and load it up.

Zork: The Great Underground Empire: Remastered.

Yep. With a whole new font. Wait 'til you see it. Makes best use of the Unreal 5 engine.
