DDR / Stepmania
Does anyone in the Steam community still play this? It seems that the DDR franchise is dead and people moved on to newer rhythm games like Just Dance. I remember how DDR used to be popular in the 2000s and I used to play that and RoXor's ITG series before it was shut down by Konami. I saw that Stepmania, the DDR simulator on PC, is still being developed, but still no signs of full 1080p or 4K support. Stepmania is still cool to play with your music using a keyboard or even a gamepad. Is anyone still holding out for a modern HD build?

Still got the Matt and game for my Ps2, and the arcade nearby still has one machine but it is a dying game now. Shane , was fun to play

DDR Is still pretty popular in some of the arcades I have been to however If you can get to an arcade with a Pump It Up machine by Andamiro then you will have a much better experience. I agree though Stepmania is a fun one to play with your hands.

Pump It Up Infinity is the sequel to the Pro series made by the developers of ITG. It's a more technical version of the mainstream series. I never really got used to 5-panel play, though. Some people get crazy at this.

Enjoy it while it lasts!

I bought a metal pad and all of the PS2 titles. It's a shame that the pad isn't properly supported on windows 8 onward though, that driver signing stuff is so stupid. I would make stepfiles for the stepmania community as a tweenager and seeing this culture evaporate is saddening.
