Old Games you remember playing but can't remember the name of

I remembered a game. I need you guys to help me find the title. It was a PS-1 platformed game. It was a shooting game, but not FPS. the graphic was decent. Starts like you were in a bar. Before the game starts, you need to shoot 1 of 3 CANS, to determine the difficulty (I remembered it was RED, BLUE, or GREEN CAN). It looks like a bunch of mini shooting games. Some of the mini games I remember like: Shoot 3 moving clocks with 1 bullet. Shoot a pile of ice to free a penguin, and throw some balls into 1 of 3 basket from a moving train (moving train just go around the room). After some games, you'll need to choose a card from many cards (I forgot what these cards for). Thanks for your help. Really appriciate ;)
