Reason is a digital audio workstation program that gives you control over sound waves.
You can create any sound from scratch (a basic sine wave) yourself.
Or you can load up pre-programmed "patches".
In this case, I identically recreated the sound in the OP's video using what I said, an oboe with some reverb.
I specified the steps I took in case anyone wanted to try it themselves.
