Needs valuable suggestions
My cat pee on my mousepad and I washed it but the smell doesn't go away . What I can do to get rid of the smell ? I can't really afford a new mousepad right now cause I spend it on my bicycle. Plz guys. It's razer goliathus control. I can't play cause of this horrible smell straight from hell. I need help. How to get rid of it without ruining the mousepad ?

Try soaking it in white vinegar for a while, like, several hours at least. If that doesn’t work, soak it for a day or two. That works for rabbit piss at least, so I’d imagine it works more or less the same, and isn’t expensive.

Edit:- Snappppppp haha

White vinegar. Let it soak for 15 min.

Plus side it should get rid of most smells, downside it will take 2-3 extra washes to get ride of the Vingar smell.

No worries. One Moment is right though, it could take a few washes to get rid of the vinegar smell, but at least it won’t be as hard, and isn’t as nasty a smell.

Throw it away and buy a cheap $5 mousepad instead. Or don't use a mousepad at all. The smell of cat pee is very hard to get rid of completely.
I can't play on cheap mousepad. I have 1 fake razer mousepad but I play like silver on it. My mouse is Logitech g403 and its works very nice with goliathus control.

A soaked mousepad however likely won't remain flat...

If you iron it, only do so with a towel over the top and an iron on low heat, rotating in circles from the middle to the edges. DONT APPLY TOO MUCH HEAT!

I won't iron it. It's bad for mouse pad surface. I will use hair dryer or just hang on my balcony.

Fair enough. It was more a warning on to directly do it, if you ever do decide to iron (like someone else tried previously on here).

Air drying is best, but will take ages. Don't scrub the material either, it's really fine thread stitched, which can get moved around when wet with rubbing and/or too much heat applied.
