Create a driver folder on your PC somewhere to download the files into:
- Realtek Audio Driver - Win10 ver.1809 supported. Version [8586]
- Intel INF installation - Win10 ver.1809 supported. Version [10.1.17986.8131]
- Intel Management Engine Interface - Win10 ver.1809 supported. Version [1846.12.0.1177]
- Realtek LAN Driver - Win10 ver.1809 supported. Version [10.031.0828.2018]
- Intel Optane memory - Win10 ver.1809 supported. Version [17.2.6.1027]
- Intel Rapid Storage Technology - Win10 ver.1809 supported. Version [17.2.6.1027]
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5. Version [4.5]
- BIOS F13 [2019/03/26]
- APP Center. Version [B19.0227.1]
- @BIOS (Intel 300/X299 series). Version [B18.0914.1]
You can do this manually or automatically via the APP Center. I perfer manually, but if you want to make it easier for you, install the "Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5" and then "APP Center".
The order you should go then is "Intel INF installation" > "Intel Management Engine Interface" > "Intel Rapid Storage Technology" > "Intel Optane memory" > Flash the BIOS to "F13" > "Realtek Audio Driver" > "Realtek LAN Driver".
APP Center is for Gigabyte Motherboards only, not sure if that's what the OP has or not.
Also, I'd recommend AGAINST using Gigabyte's @BIOS utility, it's much safer and easier to mess with the BIOS, in the BIOS, not in Windows.
The OP has a Gigabyte Motherboard. So can use that or do it manually, up to him.
As for flashing the BIOS, yes I agree, however not everyone knows how to flash a BIOS. You would need to extract the BIOS F13 files from the zip, placing them on an USB stick, reboot the PC and enter BIOS (normally via tapping on DEL or an Function key during the post loading stage of the PC, which might be a split second these days). Then find the flash BIOS option under there. It's a bit more steps involved.
