Can you clean dvd/game cases in dishwasher?
Topic
Most likely will try this on low heat to remove dust stains off game cases I bought at a garage sale.
Think it will be safe?

I wouldn't try it, sounds like something would go horribly wrong then.

I just put them in on light wash with no soap and no heat. I'll let you guys know when it's done lmfao!

Why not? You only live once.

..seriously though, I don't think that's a good idea. If you want to clean a disc, just use a soft cloth (don't use things like tissues, toilet paper, or paper towels.) If you really need to you can use water but don't use any kind of soap. Rubbing alcohol is 50/50, some people say its fine and others are completely against it but from my experience it works just fine.

Oh crap, misread big time. My bad lol.

The cases themselves should be fine, I guess. Soap would be fine for those, because I've had to do awful things to my game cases before because GameStop always puts stickers on those things like no tomorrow and getting all of them off as well as the crap they leave behind is always a chore.

Ok cool, they are white wii game cases with dust stains on the outside and the inside. Just don't feel like s crubing (for some reason scrubing is censored lol) around every litte bump and corner, and getting in between the clear plastic and actual case that the game title goes into would be a pain by hand.
