I think it is Rick Rosner, because he scored 192 deviation IQ, but Chris Langan scored 187 deviation IQ.

Not sure if you fully understand what Standard Deviation is.
I think it is something like this:
A standard deviation is the average deviation from something after standardising it. So if we find that 10 people deviate, we find the average after standardisation, or we ask them which is the gold standard, and we simply pick the best standard that they agree on. So if someone says that chickens taste the best, then the standard deviation is chicken.
No, SD is simply how far from the mean average (in this case, 100) a case is. In terms of IQ, SD is every 15 points away (above or below) from 100.
To say "Chris Langan scored 187 deviation IQ" makes no sense, you are either trying to tell me his IQ is 187 (which would put him to nearly six Standard Deviations away from 95% of the population) or you are trying to tell me his IQ is 2805 (which would also imply that there exists someone with an IQ of -2700).
As for your chicken example, we can't apply SD to non-numerical data, if anything, "chicken" would be the "mode" preference of a sample.
