Favorite: ♥♥♥♥. It's great because it can be a noun, a verb, an adjective, etc all kinds of uses.

Least: Literally. You're using it wrong and i want to punch you in the face repeatedly, literally. That's using it right because i literally want to punch idiots in the face.

You don't hate the word "literally" itself, you hate the people who think it can be used for emphasis.

Anyway,

Favorite: However. It's so useful. However, "it's" is a close second.

Least favorite: gnaw. What's with the silent g?

Favourite words: Hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia (fear of long words), antediluvian, spelunking and "ranga".

Least favourite: "nice" - totally meaningless and unhelpful word used too often, it means "precise", not "pleasant". Also: "Home", "pasta", "money" - the words themselves sounds gross.
