Most blatant Pay-to-Win game on Steam?

Just wondering, what's the most obvious P2W game on Steam right now? That being a game where micro-transactions and numerous DLC packs give buyers a very real and very distinct advantage over others?

And if you talk to pros, they'll usually tell you that base weapons are the best and are the most versatile.

if you think TF2 is pay to win you obviously don't know what pay to win is or you've never actually played the game

free to play players can still get all the items without paying but the stock weapons are the best anyways

You need to pay real money just to reset your respawn time (1 hour) after you are killed. Also there was that big controversy where the devs were banning dedicated players just so they would pay their way out of getting banned.
