Portal theory(GLaDOS , Chell , Gordon , Caroline and Cave Johnson)

Now i know it is a bit late for those theories but i ve recently re-played portal 2 and wanted to share my newest theory about it .
I will start with cave johnson well he was the founder of aperture science and he didnt have much friends but he had his lovely assistant caroline however they fallen in love and get married and made their science together.

As they start aging cave was getting more afraid of death and wanting to cheat it and keep doing his testing works for science so he started to create a machine that will let him live and experiment forever the name given to machine was: Genetic Lifeform and Disc Operating System(GLaDOS) but he soon realized that his poisoning was getting serious and wouldnt live enough to put himself in the machine he said to put caroline in the machine but there was another surprise waiting for cave that his wife was pregnant.

However cave johnson managed to live to her daugher grow to some age but he was scaring that her daughter would get involved in to science business and ruin her life so he decided not to keep her daughter with him and give her to a fellow scientist which is currently working for black mesa but secretly helps researches on aperture too because he really likes portals and this scientist is Gordon Freeman.

And cave johnson decided give her daughter to gordon meanwhile his wife caroline wasnt really wanting to get seperated from her daughter but she knew its the only way to keep her safe so she agreed but before she gives chell to gordon she wanted a clone of her so real chell would be safe and the clone chell would be with caroline to love her.

So they gave chell to gordon time passed they finished the disc operating system for glados but didnt test it yet however cave johnson was so excited about it he directly connected glados to aperture and it was the day that aperture science made a bring your daughter to work day for the first time and gordon bring chell as her daughter too and thats when glados decided to take over aperture science and inject neurotoxin everywhere killed a lot of people.

But Gordon managed to survive Chell also survived but it wasnt with gordon, rattman rescued chell and gordon rescued himself during the event but gordon thought the chell was dead got really upset for being so selfish and he never spoke nor come back to aperture after this trauma.

Getting back to chell , rattman rescued it and put chell in a safe room ( the room portal 1 starts ) then he disappeared into the backsites of testing chambers.So chell got in the room and put in a some sort of chemical sleep and woke up aged a lot after some time.

Lets get back to take your daughter to work day after glados gone mad cave johnson and caroline tried and found a way to stop glados and stopped themselves and their clone chell from dying after this incident caroline realized that aperture laboratories were hella dangerous place and she doesnt want to lose clone daughter as well so she put her daughter(clone one) in some place safe this place was the hotel of testing section of aperture laboratories because it was the only place that deadly things wasnt in back then(And this is the place where portal 2 starts).

However they kept studying glados and finally found a way to put a human brain in it. But as he guessed it earlier cave johnson was already dead when the scientists did that and they put caroline in glados, but glados came out stronger than a human brain suppresed caroline's thoughts and take over aperture to make deadly tests with the subjects. But caroline still managed to hide the testing hotel and kept her daughter(caroline doesnt know that the real chell is still alive and in the aperture so she protects the clone) safe from GLaDOS.

As GLaDOS being unaware of the subjects in the testing hotel she searches the aperture and tests the scientists she found there but in the end she manages to find the chell in her safe room wakes her up but it has been a while since chell is in her chemical sleep so she wakes up really old and start her tests and somehow manages to kill GLaDOS and reach to the surface then she probably gets rescued by someone or dies there.

So a few years pass after the death of GLaDOS wheatley gains freedom from GLaDOS and finds clone chell which was also put in a chemical sleep by caroline after she becomes glados( at the beginning of portal 2 you walk around the room look at the paintings etc. you do these to make sure that you are not in the affects of deadly neurotoxin after they are sure you are ok they put you in a sleep to wake you up when world is better and its time for you to live your life but wheatley wakes you up before the time comes.) because she wants you to live in a good world away from evil science.

However wheatley wakes you up. And in the series of events this lets chell to discover some truth behind aperture.And in the ending scene if you translate the turret opera's lyrics you will see that the lyrics are like the song is sang from a mother to her daughter .

And after that glados sends you to surface with your companion cube which is another good sign that glados actually cares about you and lets you go.

Now here are some proofs: if you read the wikipedia articles about gordon freemans carrer it says that he is a lot interested in portals so there is a big possibility that he will be working for aperture science , and in the game half life 1 there is a picture of a baby in gordon's locker which looks like chell if you look at the chin of the baby's and chell's they look alike.

And there is gordon's acceptance letter to black mesa that says gordon freeman is unmarried and has no dependants which reduces the possibility of that picture on the locker is gordon's baby and it says he has no dependants because he thought chell was killed by GLaDOS.

So that's my theory if you read this and find any blanks on it please comment about it and we can discuss on it. [sorry for long post]
