Well I few years back I heard a bunch of people talking about these clowns going around my local town, never saw one myself but I havent this year either.
And no it wasn't when "It" came out.
I don't know if it was a big thing though, maybe it was just in the UK, idk.

These clown pranks are only a problem in the liberal run states/cities. Why? We carry guns in the conservative states. Just recently in Indiana a clown was chasing people and he was shot and is now in critical condition. If you are old enough, you should have a CC permit.

Maybe, they just don't go around shooting people as an answer to everything.

Turns out, the guy was recently paroled after serving a 11 years for manslaughter.

Williams was later arrested for aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
