Reddit Cant Reply

So if I visit a text post on Reddit, I can reply to it... if the post contains an image or video, it just opens up that image/video instead of bringing me to the page to leave a reply. If I click "All Comments", I can only reply to other comments instead of the actual main post. Can somebody explain how I can do this?

Click on "All Comments" in one of those problematic posts (video or whatever), like you said, and give us a screenshot of what you see. Maybe you can crop out your user name, I'm only looking for the forum layout incl. post head.

It's in all forums. No matter which subreddit I go to it's the same problem. ):

I don't know you. What I'm trying to find out is: Is the problem maybe just that you're not using it correctly? Or is the interface changed by a plugin (e.g. RedditEnhancementSuite which I don't use)? etc.

You're saying you can only reply to comments instead of also to the post. Why? Is the box missing? Does the comment not save? Is there an error? Since you're informing us of nothing of that, a screenshot would have been the quickest way to get somewhere, that's why I asked for it.

All the subreddits I visit are the same layout and UI. They look just like the reddit homepage. The problem is that there's just no Reply button. But again when I click on it or open in new tab it just shows the image/video. The only way to see comments is hitting "All comments" but I can't reply to the actual post, just other comments.
