Best video editing software on steam?

I am looking for the best editing software on steam,any recomendations?I am looking in a range from 20-100$
Any suggestions?

Edit:I am going to use the trial version of premier to finish this job,and then I'll problably buy a video edditor in christmas sale

In my view you're wasting money by buying one on Steam, the ones many people actually use which are legitimately decent are not on Steam. Why does it have to be on Steam?

sometimes its way easier to just get steam cards at the store and do it through steam

Premiere is actually easier to use than Vegas pro, especially if you have a slow computer.

buy vegas, its what I use and its probably the best video editing software.

It's good if you're a hobbyist editor or if you're someone who makes YouTube poops, but Premiere is way more professional and your results will be better

For YTP, I think premiere is just as good as Vegas pro.

problem with that is I allready pirated one time and got the computer full of virus
