I took some suggestions from some Steam users on here and I loved the anime that I watched. Every anime I've toucehd has been GOLD. As I build my taste in anime, I wanna be able to know exactly what I'm going to like/not going to like. This will be espeically helpful given the ocean of anime that's out there Let me give you the short list of what I've watched and loved in order:

I really encourage everyone to join and post and spread the word so we can get all kinds of different anime lovers or n00bz to share their perspectives.

First of all, can I thank you for commenting and keeping this going? I got a warning from a mod that I bump this thread too much and I'm no longer allowed to comment twice to keep it going which I did not know was a thing. I just learned what a bump is and that its not allowed. (I don't spend much time on the internet clearly haha) I really hope more people will comment and keep this thread alive.

NOW, Frost:
-I tried Black Butler and didn't really get it. I like the comedy and the style and setting but the supernautral stuff really turned me off.
-I loved Sword Art Online
-ReZero is on my list to watch when it gets dubbed which hopefully is soon!!!
-Not a big Dragonball fan but I see why its huge.
-Haven't heard of the others...

I'm currently watching The Future Diary was about to tap out after the first three episodes but I ended up liking it and am on episode 10. It's like very, very, very light sci-fi which I really apprecaite and I'm always shocked when certain characters reveal themselves. The banter between the leads is also enjoyable.

Up Next: Per this thread's suggestions and a couple I found myself I have Black Lagoon, Death Note, Danganronpa 3, Cheer Boys, Ghost in a Shell: Stand Alone Complex and both Fullmetal Alchemist series.

Woo! Was holding on to that for a minute lol. Share y'all's anime finds and favorites!

Actually, Accel World is by the same author as SAO. Maybe you'd like it? Haven't read or watched it yet, dunno what it's about.

IF it is in that vein, Summer Wars maybe. It has a series and a movie, and involves a lot of virtual world stuff.

Groups fall inactive. A thread gets active every time it is reposted, and the correct use for it.

it really sucks that steam has forum rules like these, onetime i made a meme forum which looked like it was going to see good times but within the next 5 minutes it got deleted ;(
glad AF to see your liking the future diary, its one of my favourites for the twists and turns along with the part how its romantic yet it doesnt really count as filler

I suggest the manga. The manga is way more detailed than the anime, and has a better plot (the anime's second season is really different from the manga).

First of all can I just say that the last like 7 or 8 commenters are so positive and friendly and you folks f'n rock!

I'm writing this on the way home from Comic Con so yaaaay!

1) I have no idea what the groups are or where to start them but if you think it's a good idea maybe I'll try it out.

2) I saw a bunch of Accel World stuff at Comic Con so it's like a thing, right? THANK YOU for finding the English dub. You totally didn't have to do that, same goes for the Summer Wars. THANK YOU Boris and Dragonic!!!! I will give these a shot. Shame though, I'm so used to the Hulu/FunimationNow streaming service that I get squirmy around "other sites". I'll buck up though lol.

3) I tried real damn hard to get into Tokyo Ghoul but the storyline branded into a very supernatural element that I wasn't feeling. I did casually enjoy the first two episodes though. I sadly had to put away Durarara for the same reason as well as waaaay too many cast members

4) A salesman suggested something called Hatalia to me? Is that right?

I can't tell you guys how awesome y'all are. Most internet people suck lol
