Best looking games that aren't that hardware intensive?
I know the title may seem a little bit counter intuitive but I wanna know some good looking games that won't take a massive toll on my PC to run.

"Hardware intensive" is pretty relative.

Half Life 2: Lost Coast is how visual tech demos should be done.

-Hitman: absolution

-Command and conquer: ( red alert 3 and generals ) look fine for 2008 and 2003.

depends what you mean by hardware intensive

you got modern games that you can dumb down graphics to lower ps2 era graphics.

Imo i'd say:

-fallout 4 (my crappy laptop can run it)

-golden light

-terraria

-minecraft

-any 2D side scroller that is mostly static backgrounds

-any game pre 2015 and below

Minecraft can look gorgeous on low-spec, but you need to set the render distance pretty low.

I'd say, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2009) has some really nicely done graphics and can run with outdated hardware with ease.
Although Rise and Shadow of the Tomb Raider do have, both, somewhat demanding graphics, they're not really so demanding for what do they offer..
Trine games look absolutely fantastic and aren't hardware-intensive.
