Why are Christians treated like nutjobs?
As a Christian, I would really like to know.

Nope. That is a lie. You are referring to Darwin's theory which is only a theory of how evolution works. We also only have theories about how gravity works. Both gravity and evolution are facts.

The Jewish and Gregorian calenders are different. The concept of a "weekend" is also modern and artificial, Sunday is considered the first day of the week (but not the "work week"). Hence why the Sabbath is Saturday. Not sure why Christianity came to have the Sabbath on a different day.

Because in the 1920s the pope officially changed it to Sunday. When they asked him why he said because he is God so he can do whatever he wants.

Ever see the picture of the Earth taken from the moon? Imagine that the earth is the entire universe and God is on the moon watching his creation. Our Galaxy would be one grain of sand. Our solar system would be one atom. We are all on one electron in that atom. But "the creator" cares about us more than anything else. Humanity has such a huge ego.

i hate to be the one to say it but catholics in all reality arent really christians per se because they dont even believe the bible and twist many things in the bible

Yeah I know and there's no difference between their religion and any other.

I dunno about that. I didn't have to funnel a huge amount of money into my church. I just showed up. And when I decided not to show up anymore, nobody threatened to smear my reputation or financially ruin me for it.

Evolution and creation are not mutually exclusive nor incompatible. Abiogenesis is not the only pathway either, hence ideas like being seeded by meteorites. I also have issues with the notion of the "blind watchmaker" as an irrational and illogical mechanism. Sure, with the right influences and starting state in something like Conway's game of life, you can end up with fairly complex structures, but there is the matter of adaptation and breaking out of "sinks" of stable ground states. There is no such "random mutuation" to begin with when you look at the organization and coiling behavior of DNA, some segments will be more vulnerable. Also, a theoretical organism which gained the ability to evolve itself, not unlike horizontal gene transfer in bacteria, perhaps by propagating information fromt he nervous system to the germ line, would be at a massive advantage. This is, in effect, due to environmental metrics perhaps, a "plan". Plain Darwinian natural selection + random mutation appears oversimplistic.

Evolution is a thing that happens. That is known. But evolution alone isnt how we came to be what we are now. This first theory that official disproved it was called intelligent design theory. Many others have too. We do evolve slightly but we didnt evolve from a bacteria in a swamp and all the different animals didnt evolve from each other starting from an ameba. That was taught in schools in the old days. But its all been disproven since then. They dont even teach that anymore.

Intelligent design is just a way to force a God into the picture. It is proven nonsense. And they do still teach real science in schools.

It can be said that there are people from this circle who pretend to be Christians but contradict themselves by committing sins.

Even in a historical perspective, we can see that a handful of people used Christianity only for control.

But there is a small difference between religious and believers that is not understood by most people.
