I've tried searching for songs of the same genre and more by the same people but for some reason they just don't sound anywhere as good as this one

Nope. It's completely free. You only pay for premium which allows to have no ads, listen to music wherever, download music and listen offline, and better sound quality. I'm not a premium member, and I can skip any song I want, listen on the go. The only downside would be the ads, but they even give you a commerical video that lets you listen to ad-free for 30 minutes, and it's a frequent thing.
