Someone nice who's good in Braille ascii art?

I tried to make a Sobble from pokemon into ascii art with a picture converter, didn't turned out as i wanted, so I tried to fix it somehow, but I'm not experienced with it in any way.

It's somehow botched, but I never drew pictures, so I'm not good in fixing it.

Is there someone who's able to do that? Or maybe it's more easy to do it fresh from scratch, I have no clue.
