If it's just "out of the blue" then I pretend like I don't know what they're talking about, & ask them what they're talking about / why they said that. If their answer satisfies me then maybe we can become friends, otherwise I'm very busy and going to turn around a corner that I will never re-emerge from.

If it's a good friend from online that I know, then frankly I expect that they'll just keep calling me by my web nickname.

It's a lot of weird characters. There's several ways to get those in there but the easiest way is via the zalgo text generator, which unfortunately doesn't give you a lot of control over the output.

Just pronounce it like a hard K but extra-hard, and hold that sound for a second, and with stuttering. Almost like static from a TV but still a K sound, just like in the word "cat".
You should sound like you just got done getting shocked by the time you say "at", yet proceed as if nothing went wrong. xD
