it always annoys me how mustard and its derivatives, when sauced taste 10x more cheesy with almost 0% of the fats/cholesterols present inside cheese.

Could be worse I guess. Modified food starch is probably corn or wheat, which means GMO, glyphosate, and atrazine. The milk itself is from factory farmed cows who are eating the same grains, not getting adequate sunlight and exercise, etc.

Same and worse. Canola oil, bad for you, likely GMO, full of herbicides and pesticides, hot pressed, rancid seed oil.
Maybe some processing particularities which are relevant, don't know. Supposedly some cheese in China was found to have plastic polymers. Melts a lot like plastic.
