That being said, unless you are working out quite a bit, there is no point in eating it.
The body will not build more muscle mass just because of the protein by itself, be it in food or powder form.
It's not "♥♥♥♥", however indeed, the better option is always going to be to prepare your own homemade smoothie/dish at home instead. Although I fully concur with your point of view, some people more or less benefit from it due to other reasons. :-)
