Dymatize Whey Elite Protein
Hello everyone so im gonna start using proteins for the first time in my life, a lot of friends use it so i thought why not, im specifically will only use proteins not any other powders such as creatine and stuff, just Dymatize Elite Whey protein, my real question is does it have side effect if consumed 1 scoop a day? im really sceptic about it and won’t start drinking it until i confirm.

Thanks for the help i really appreciate it

Little Miss Muffet sat on her tuffet eating her curds & whey... :heff:

Whey is derived from milk.
Creatine is an amino acid, the building-blocks of protein. Found in steak for eg.
Nothing wrong with either.

All things being equal, one brand of Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC) is no better than another. And beware of 'Xgrams of protein' where most of it comes after you add the milk.

Okay so you’re saying Dymatize Whey elite is sage to use ? Im not planning on using creatine***

Any explanations on why it is bad for the human body? Thanks for the input
Whey is fine for you.
As long as you aren't really lactose intolerant.
They design the mix to be easily digestible though.
At worst it might make some people a little gassy.
But rarely.

Bun is vegan.
She's not going to have a positive opinion of a milk product.
Whey uses most of the protein it provides processing itself.

promotes cancer growth, among other things.
The carcinogenic potential is mostly because of the whey carrying multiple vitamin E molecules, which causes them to stick around and create a cumulative dose.

The strain of creating processing molecules which are wasted recirculating resource-intensive whey protein is a contributing factor.
Wheyyyyyy

PROTEIN!!!

oh sory...
I thought you said "Dramatize Whey Elite Protein"
Lol you talk about it like it's steroids. It's just a food supplement. The only "side effect" you might get is constipation. :steammocking:

Whey is a good (practical) choice for providing fuel to your muscles after exercise; avoid the other nonsense like pre-workout, mid-workout, and other big industry snake oils. Go for a whey protein concentrate that's above '>90%'; the purer, the better. Whey Isolate is going to be as pure as it gets, but realistically I wouldn't say that it's worth it in comparison to what it offers compared to what you're paying for—you'd be better off just getting the concentrate if you value your money.

Don't bother yourself with the chemical additives as they're almost always just empty filler ingredients that actually do nothing for your body at all (again, it's snake oil—the fitness market is notoriously scandalous). Both egg or pea proteins are also good alternatives if you happen to be lactose-intolerant or otherwise suffering from other dietary ailments.

Bun's suggestion about the pea isolate is not actually a bad suggestion, but as others have stated—be cautioned—it's coming from the bias of ideological veganism. Whey protein is in no way harmful to you in the same way that it would be safe to drink your standard homogenised milk.

For example if i just use one scoop per day after workout, is it okay to the body?
A lot of stuff and vitamins are just passing through your digestive tract if the body doesn't need it. A good example would be when you take a vitamin in the morning, you might find that your pee has a darker color sometimes during the day, that's all the vitamin your body didn't need

The protein powder is safe; any excess unused protein will just be broken down and excreted in the urine.

That being said, unless you are working out quite a bit, there is no point in eating it.

The body will not build more muscle mass just because of the protein by itself, be it in food or powder form.
It's ♥♥♥♥. Get your protein from food. Don't buy this commercial ♥♥♥♥. It's like buying air. while air is already in the atmosphere.

I personally just stick to a safe one and a half scoops prior to weight lifting; the average medium of people—when done correctly—would just use one to two scoops. Anything more is overkill and can become potentially harmful. The point of whey protein is not to act as a substitute for nutritional food but rather for its utility as a muscle-building supplement for those who need that extra protein for intermediate strength building.

It's not "♥♥♥♥", however indeed, the better option is always going to be to prepare your own homemade smoothie/dish at home instead. Although I fully concur with your point of view, some people more or less benefit from it due to other reasons. :-)

You should trust this about as much as a fart when you have IBS.
