I was a believer when I bought my Steam controller x link and I haven't had a bad piece of hardware from them yet. They make really good stuff and its all idiot-proof so I don't have to spend hours tinkering if something goes wrong.
PC is more generic you can do all kind of stuff with it it is too versatile and not optimized enough (even if today with the beasts you can find it's not like it's a necessity to be optimized that much, but still it's true that is not optimized for gaming) so I would not consider it a gaming machine, and the Steam deck I'm sure is great but I still hae not tried it yet and I don't think it could be the same as the Wii has been for me... it could not be legendary and amazing and cool as the Mega Drive has been when I was a kid...
Otherwise, tie between SNES (with Gameboy Player) and GBA-SP. Back when Nintendo didn't suck.
