Pickups are good, they are all that I drive, I have three of them.

Not so, train's and ships handle a lot of freight but trucks handle all freight.

Depends on where you live. Trucks are usually responsible for last-mile stuff but even then I don't think the world would be crippled using cargo cycles, although life would be a lot harder.
