Would you use the preffered pronouns

Imagine you meet a person and you see a massive "My pronouns are xe/xim/xir" pin on them. Would you call them xe/xim/xir or would you use "traditional" he/she pronouns when talking with them? If yes/no please say why

I always use the proper pronouns. He/she and boy/girl.

I don't mind using preferred pronouns, like "he", "she", or "they" but xe/xim/xir is a bit too weird. If asked, I would probably smile and nod, then just avoid talking to that person, and if absolutely necessary only speak to them very minimally in such a way that allows me to avoid pronouns altogether.

Sure. I've worked with a lot of people who use different preferred pronouns; it's a simple thing to humour.

I'm not sure if I'd avoid them, or be interested in asking them questions. It would depend on the person, and how cool they seem.

I've never met someone like that in person.

I would try my best to respect their pronouns, but tbh people like this are severely mentally ill and I would go out of my way to avoid them.
