Really going out of their way with the fake review bots.
I was making a joke but yes they deleted negative reviews, i'm certain they are paying people to give it high reviews.
Not sure if that's the case for some of these people on Steam posting or if they actually think RoP is good.
The farther from the real world the farther from them understanding what their viewers want.
I bet Bezos and the upper levels of the company don't even watch what they make... it makes their friend circles of entertainment elite hive-mind happy... that's all that matters to them.
You think that I'm dismissive of a poor argument because you believe I want to harm you or your culture or your precious manhood or whatever, instead of realising I'm dismissive of your argument because t doesn't make any sense. It's way too convoluted and blown way out of proportion. If you people really believe there's an agenda to turn you all into black girls there's nothing I can say to change your mind because you're too far gone.
It was better written and more exciting that's for sure...
Again trying to be dismissive ... you have no argument other then "it's irrational" when it's not.
Keep on swimming in your delusions... it doesn't affect reality and you are failing to prove otherwise.
You can't even keep your narrative straight... you don't even know what you are arguing about.
Maybe you can find a job on "The View" with the other people who don't have a clue on reality.
Yet if i was to call anyone out for being dumb, i would receive another warning or ban.
The moderation in this place is a joke.
Most notably, his character was reduced in size for Chinese advertisements. Episodes 8 & 9 relegated him to a comedic role. One which took place mostly outside the main story. (And thus easy to edit out.)
lol, no.
Top Gun: Maverick proves that what you are saying is wrong. "Modern audiences" haven't fundamentally changed since the 1980's. People want what they have always wanted. It's just that Hollywood refuses to give it to them.
Every single form of entertainment has been altered to conform to the progressive stack.
From the 1970's to the 1990's, most music was made by white people. Now? Hardly any is. (Outside of country music which is desperate for content.) Is it because white people suddenly stopped making music? No. It's because the industry rejects them in favor of diversity. It's why boy bands stopped being a thing. It's why the entire rock genre is dead.
I used to be a huge fan of Marvel comics. Around ten years ago, (Or so.) an effort was made to systematically eliminate all popular straight white male heroes.
- Cyclops was made into a villain. Killed Xiavier, and was thrown in prison.
- Steve Rogers retired and made Falcon the new Captain America.
- Thor became unworthy, and his ex-girlfriend gained his powers.
- Bruce Banner gave his powers to Amadeus Cho. Becoming the new Hulk.
- Tony Stark retired. Deciding instead, to mentor a brilliant young black girl named, "Ree Ree Williams". Tony Stark also briefly became a villain.
- Wolverine was killed. He was replaced by his female clone, X-23.
- Peter Parker was killed. So that he could be replaced by Miles Morales. A young multi-racial guy. That became the new Spider-man.
- The Sentry was completely corrupted by The Void, and destroyed.
- Iceman suddenly decided he's gay.
Marvel comics have experienced a steady decline in sales. Which directly coincides with their efforts to replace characters with younger and/or more diverse versions.Capitalism isn't driving these changes. Political activists, are. It has never been profitable to take an extreme political stance.
P&G learned this the hard way. They hired a far-left feminist to direct a Gillette ad. The ad didn't talk about getting a good shave. Instead, it shamed men for existing.
Before the ad, Gillette controlled 77% of the U.S. disposable razor market. Afterwards? This dropped to 66%. Within 12 months. (And most likely continued to drop after that.) Mach 3 refills used to cost $25. Now you can get them for $12, or less.
This loss was so great that P&G broke into a bunch of smaller companies.
RoP is no different from any of this. LotR had six movies that were male power fantasy. Which were followed-up by a direct-to-streaming series obsessed with diversity and female empowerment. They rejected their audience, to appeal to one that does not exist.
There's nothing wrong with diversity or representation. It only becomes a problem when it supersedes everything else. Keep it subtle, and no one will care. Shove it in everyone's face? Expect a lot of people to not like it.
